I have a habit of signing up to too many Big Bangs -- hence this community, really. So, this is my commitments and then a list of when I'm gonna try and get work done...

My Big Bangs this year:
-au_bigbang: Posted! [15,000 word minimum.]
-deancasbigbang: Planning stage. [20,000 word minimum.]
-hardmode: Planned. [10,000 word minimum.]
-kinked: Beta'd. [10,000 word minimum.]
-ladiesbigbang: Planned. [15,000 word minimum.]
-scifibigbang: Planned. [25,000 word minimum.]
-sncross_bigbang: Posted. [15,000 word minimum.]
-spn_j2_bigbang: Ready to post. [20,000 word minimum.]

-June 1st: ladiesbigbang check-in, a third completed is recommended.
-June 7th: spn_j2_bigbang posting begins.
-June 15th: hardmode check-in.
-July 1st: ladiesbigbang check-in, two thirds completed is recommended.
-July 30th: hardmode writing period ends.
-July 31st: scifibigbang writing period ends. kinked writing period ends. hardmode rough draft due.
-August 1st: ladiesbigbang rough draft due.
-August 15th - August 31st: scifibigbang posting schedule announced.
-August 20th: deancasbigbang rough draft due.
-September 1st: kinked posting period starts, ladiesbigbang final draft due. hardmode posting begins.
-September 10th: ladiesbigbang posting begins.
-September 25th: deancasbigbang final draft due.
-October 1st: deancasbigbang posting begins.

Personal schedule:
-Until June 1st: Relax, for God's sake.
-June 1st - June 15th: Draft hardmode fic.
-June 15th - June 30th: Draft ladiesbigbang fic.
-July 1st - July 31st: Draft scifibigbang fic.
-August 1st - August 20th: Draft deancasbigbang fic.

...That's everything, right?

I'm kinda in the same boat myself. I have 6 challenges, 3 of them BigBangs, I've signed up for and uh...haven't started on any. *headdesk* I need to get going but it's hard juggling it with school and a part time job. :-\

Can I ask how you keep fandoms from bleeding across when you write? Or do you just focus on one thing 'til it's done then move onto the next one?

I'm wanting to write 3 different bigbangs in 3 different fandoms but I keep being accosted by ideas from the fandoms I'm not supposed to be working on right now.

I only work on one long-term project at once. I might write little drabbles and stuff, but only one long-term thing at once. I try to get it done as briskly as possible, too, so I don't have too much temptation to stray. *laughs* I do have a lot of practice with keeping things separate, though, since I'm involved in roleplay nearly all the time and that means having all those characters and plots to think of too.

Hmm, I'm quite excited to post my SPN/J2 Big Bang, because my artist seems great. Otherwise, I've been most looking forward to writing my ladiesbigbang.
